Return Guidelines and Instructions

To process a return, please take note of these guidelines:

Condition of Product:
Please be aware that if the product has been used, we cannot accept it for return. The item must be in its original, unused condition for a return to be processed.

• If the item is returned and the condition is found to be used, we will not be able to process a refund.

• An additional shipping charge will apply if you wish to have the item sent back to you.

Non-refundable Costs:
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping to or from your location.

Return Shipping Charges and Insurance:

• We will charge the same amount that you were charged when you purchased the product to return it, and this amount will be deducted from your return refund.

• To protect your return, we included shipping insurance. This will cover any potential damages that might occur during shipping, as well as lost or stolen packages.

Return Instructions:
A prepaid label will be sent to you to ensure proper tracking and insurance of the return. Please:

1. Print the label.

2. Tape it securely onto the box.

3. Drop the package off at your nearest post office.

Please ensure you adhere to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the inability to process your return.
