Arcadian Collective Warranty Guidelines

At Arcadian Collective, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer warranty options for items with functional or moving parts. Please review the details below to understand our warranty coverage, requirements, and options for extended protection.

 


 

Initial Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products are covered under an Initial Manufacturer’s Warranty upon arrival. This means that when you receive your product, we guarantee it will be in its original working order. If you notice any issues upon delivery, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at info@arcadiancollective.com to resolve the matter.

 


 

Standard Warranty

For items with moving or working parts, we offer a Standard Warranty that covers defects or malfunctions for 90 days from the date of delivery, included with your purchase. This warranty ensures that your product is free from manufacturing defects during this period.

Important Notes:

  • Products may be ineligible for warranty claims if they were not used during the warranty period and damage is only noticed after the 90-day window.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered under this warranty.

  • Arcadia Brass Salt & Pepper Mills

 


 

Extended Warranty

For customers seeking additional peace of mind, we offer an Extended Warranty for select products. This warranty extends coverage for an additional 15 months, totaling 18 months of protection from the date of delivery.

Extended Warranty Details:

  • Cost: $38 (available only for Brass Salt & Pepper Mills at this time)

  • Coverage: Unknown cause breakage or defects to internal parts or moving mechanisms.

  • Shipping: Includes shipping costs for repairs or replacements, if necessary.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

  • Dents, dings, or oxidation over time.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear.

How to Purchase:
The extended warranty is currently available only for our grinders. You can add this option at checkout or contact us within 30 days of purchase to upgrade your warranty.

 


 

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at info@arcadiancollective.com with the following information:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Images of the Product (clearly showing the issue)

  • Detailed Description of the Problem

  • What part specifically appears to be broken?

  • Was any resistance noticed prior to the breakage?

  • What type of spice was being used in the grinder at the time of breakage?

  • Was force used to operate the turning mechanism?

Our team will review your claim within 5-7 business days and provide a resolution. If approved, we will either:

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the product.

  • Provide a refund or store credit (if applicable).

 


 

Time Frames

  • Standard Warranty: 90 days from the date of delivery.

  • Extended Warranty: 18 months from the date of delivery (if purchased).

  • Claims must be submitted within the warranty period to be eligible for coverage.

 


 

Exclusions

The following are not covered under any warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Cosmetic issues such as dents, dings, or oxidation over time.

  • Damage resulting from using the product outside its intended purpose or using improper spices for grinding.
