It's important to note that due to the natural aging of the item, we are unable to accept returns past 14 days, unless there is a manufacture defect. Polished Brass: Shiny, polished and bright on arrival; with time ages to a natural patina.
Burnish Copper: Meticulously crafted from solid brass, showcasing warm, copper-like tones achieved through a refined hand-rubbed technique. With time, it forms a unique brassy patina, enriching its natural golden hues and deepening its timeless charm with age and use.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day policy, after the delivery of your item, to request a return or exchange and the product must fall within the following eligibility requirements. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow this criteria: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. IMPORTANT CARE GUIDE
Please do not force arm! The mills have a vintage grinding style and will be stiff internally until broken in. To avoid damaging the internal mechanism, please refrain from forcing the grinding mechanism. If you encounter resistance, try reversing the grinder handle and gently give it a shake. With regular use, you can expect the grinding effect to become smoother, reducing the likelihood of getting stuck.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
At Arcadian Collective, we take pride in offering beautifully handcrafted brass salt and pepper grinders. However, we want to remind you that brass, while durable, is susceptible to damage during shipping. To ensure peace of mind, we strongly recommend our optional internal shipping insurance program, which provides 100% coverage for replacement if your grinder is damaged in transit.
If you opt out of the insurance, we cannot be held liable for shipping damage. Please inspect your grinder within 72 hours of receipt and report any issues immediately.
