Wholesale Terms and Conditions
All sales made by Arcadian Collective ("Seller") to you ("Customer") are governed by the terms and conditions outlined below, unless otherwise indicated by Arcadian Collective in writing. Please read these terms thoroughly before submitting an application for wholesale pricing. By applying for a wholesale account, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to abide by these terms.
The Seller reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, and any changes will apply to future transactions. These terms supersede any terms and conditions on the Customer’s purchase order. Future transactions will also be governed by these terms unless modified in writing.
1. Certification
The customer must verify that they are engaged in the business of reselling products to their end customers or the public. Customers must send one of the following documents to info@arcadiancollective.com.
- State Resale Permit
- Signed W-9 Form (will open in a new tab)
Sales tax may be applied to customers located in states requiring the collection of sales tax.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order requirements may vary depending on the product(s) being purchased. Customers will be informed of specific minimum quantities at the time of placing their order. Orders below the stated minimums will not qualify for wholesale pricing.
3. Volume-Based Discounts
Arcadian Collective values its wholesale partners and provides customized discounts based on the size of the order.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: All major credit cards are accepted; however, there is a 3.5% credit card transaction fee.
4.2 Processing Times for Checks: Payments made by check are accepted but require a seven-day waiting period for checks to clear before merchandise can be processed or shipped. A $45 return check charge applies if a check is returned.
4.3 Payment Conditions: All orders must be paid in full before processing.
5. Shipping
5.1 Processing and Shipping Timelines: While order processing may begin once payment is confirmed, the shipping timeline depends on product availability and the shipping destination.
5.2 Special Orders: Bulk orders may require special ordering times due to small-batch production for certain items.
5.3 Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking details to stay updated on the status of their shipments.
5.4 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Customers will be informed of the shipping charges prior to order confirmation.
6. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is mandatory for fragile products and protects against any damage incurred during transit. Arcadian Collective is committed to ensuring that your orders arrive in excellent condition, and shipping insurance provides an additional layer of security for your investment.
7. Pricing
7.1 Retail Price Requirement: All wholesale partners are required to advertise products at the retail price or higher.
7.2 Discounts: Discounts up to 15% may be offered with prior approval.
7.3 Online Sales: Online sales are prohibited without prior approval.
8. Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. To report damages, customers must provide proof of purchase, a detailed explanation, and photographs of the damaged item(s).
9. All Sales Are Final
All transactions are carefully processed to ensure the highest quality. Therefore, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
10. Amendments to Terms
Arcadian Collective reserves the right to update or amend these terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to wholesale partners and will apply to future orders.
