We take great care and pride in providing our customers with the finest quality natural stone products. However, we want to inform you that natural stone is a fragile material that can be easily damaged during shipping. Therefore, we highly recommend our optional internal shipping insurance program for all customers who purchase our natural stone products.
Although the insurance program is not required, it is strongly recommended, as it provides 100% coverage for the replacement of your product, in case it breaks or becomes damaged during shipping. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of the insurance program, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. It is, therefore, imperative that you inspect your item within 72 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage that you become aware of.
Please keep in mind that natural stone is unique and may contain natural organic holes, markings, and pits. These characteristics are not defects but are what makes each piece of natural stone beautiful and unique. The easiest way to identify shipping damage is to look for any broken elements that have separated inside of the packaging.
Additionally, all of our natural stone pieces are handcrafted and polished by hand, which means there may be slight irregularities and inconsistencies. These are not defects, but rather a testament to the unique beauty of the product and the craftsmanship that goes into making it.
Instructions for Filing a Shipping Damage Claim:
In the unlikely event that your natural stone product arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to file a shipping damage claim:
1. Contact us at info@arcadiancollective.com within 72 hours of receipt of your product to report any shipping damage.
2. Take photos of the damaged item and include them in your email.
3. If your claim is eligible under these guidelines, we will send you a damage claim form to fill out and return.
4. If the item is unable to be used due to the damage, just let us know and we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the item is unable to be used and we no longer have the item available, we will send you a full refund of the price of the product. (Shipping costs and insurance are not refundable.)
5. If the item is still usable, we will work with you to find the best solution that works for you.
Please remember, our internal shipping insurance program is for the unforeseen event that your product becomes damaged during the shipping process, much like purchasing travel or health insurance. Refunds & Credits
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds will be reduced by the 20% Restocking & Handling Fee and any applicable shipping adjustments.
- Original shipping costs, sales tax, and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

SHIPPING | PICK-UP
Standard Delivery
A valid delivery address is required for standard delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your item. Please note, standard delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or a two-person delivery service. These services can be arranged for an additional fee—contact our showroom to discuss. If you prefer to arrange your own delivery, please use our Store Pick-Up option.
Store Pick-Up
You can collect your items from our Oregon Warehouse free of charge! To ensure a smooth process, please book your pick-up at least 48 hours in advance by emailing info@arcadiancollective.com.
Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the item, ranging from 1 to 16 weeks based on manufacturing and shipping schedules. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by an estimated time of arrival within 2-3 business days. As these items are made to order, cancellations are not permitted after 3 days from the purchase date. While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, lead times are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Store Credit
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@arcadiancollective.com within 14 days of receiving your item for return instructions. We offer store credit for non-sale items, excluding shipping and handling fees, as well as special orders. Please note that sale items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded
Store credit will be issued as a gift card once your return is received and approved. This credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the product during transit. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.
If we receive a return and suspect it was damaged by the shipping carrier, you will be notified immediately upon inspection via email, along with images of the damage. In such cases, you are fully responsible for recovering your cost of purchase by filing a claim through the shipping carrier.
