This service is intended for grinders that are no longer covered by the original manufacturer's warranty or extended warranty coverage. Our technicians will inspect and repair non-functioning internal components to return your grinder to proper working condition.

SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Inspection of the grinder's internal mechanism.
• Repair or replacement of non-functioning internal components.
• Functional testing before return shipment.
• Shipping to our service facility and return shipping to you.
• 180-day warranty on the repaired parts and repair labor - This warranty applies only to the specific issue that was repaired and does not extend or restart any original or extended warranty coverage.

NOT INCLUDED:

• Brass body components, handles, knobs, and exterior parts are not included in service repairs.
• Cosmetic restoration, polishing, refinishing, dent removal, and tarnish removal are not included.
• Damage caused by misuse, modification, accidental damage, or improper care is not covered by our warranty or service repairs.

Non Repairable Items

If your grinder is received with dents, external damage, or any condition that prevents access to or removal of the internal components, we may determine that the grinder is not repairable. In such cases, any repair fee already paid may only be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new grinder set.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that all repair requests are subject to inspection and final approval upon receipt of the grinder.
