Introducing our NEW Polish & Shine Brass Polishing Service; exclusively for our coveted Auric, Vintage European Salt & Pepper Mills.
While our brass grinders are originally designed to gracefully develop a natural patina over time—a hallmark of unlacquered brass—some of our customers love the look of a new, polished shine. This service is for those who desire their grinders to radiate like new.*
We'll expertly clean and polish your grinders, restoring their brilliance, remove tarnish while preserving the integrity of their craftsmanship.
Please estimate approximately 2-3 weeks for transit to and from your location, careful handling, and detailed polishing. The service will include a pre-paid return label emailed directly to you upon purchasing the service. When checking out, you will have the option to use our economy shipping option for when we return the grinders to you; or for expedited shipping, you can choose one of our faster options.
*This service is only available for grinders purchased from our store. Please understand that "like new" isn’t the same as brand new. We will clean and polish your grinders as much as their condition allows. While it won’t make them perfect, it will greatly improve their appearance by reducing spots, yellowing, and heavy oxidation.

- Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% Restocking & Handling Fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable Goods: Food, edibles, flowers, and plants.
- Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized items, including alabaster lighting and some furniture.
- Handmade Items: Candles and other handmade goods (replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
- Fragile or Heavy Items: Pots, vases, travertine, marble, and other natural stone products.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance items, in-store credit, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds & Credits
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds will be reduced by the 20% Restocking & Handling Fee and any applicable shipping adjustments.
- Original shipping costs, sales tax, and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible claims may result in a repair, replacement, or refund.
