• Handmade Items: Candles and other handmade goods (replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
• Fragile or Heavy Items: Pots, vases, travertine, marble, and other natural stone products.
• Final Sale Items: Clearance items, in-store credit, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds & Credits

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
• Refunds will be reduced by the 20% Restocking & Handling Fee and any applicable shipping adjustments.
