When it comes to enjoying your candles, there are a few important guidelines to follow to ensure that both you, your pets, and your belongings are safe. First and foremost, always keep your candle away from direct sunlight to prevent the essential oils from yellowing the wax. Additionally, be sure to keep the lid on your candle vessel to maintain the fragrance throw throughout its lifespan.When lighting your candle for the first time, it is crucial to burn it for at least 2 1/2 hours to ensure that tunneling does not occur. As you continue to use your candle, remember to trim the wick to a quarter of an inch before each use to avoid soot buildup and potential fire hazards. It is also important never to burn your candle near flammable items or for longer than four hours at a time to prevent accidents and unwanted damage.When burning a vessel that has natural pitting, that has been sealed, always burn within sight, and take care and caution, when deciding where to place this vessel, during burning time. In the unlikely event, a vessel with natural pitting loses its sealant and wax becomes loose from the candle, place the vessel on an unwanted towel and wait for it to cool. Then follow these steps to remove the wax and proceed to use the vessel as an accessory. First placed the vessel in the freezer for a couple of hours, and the wax should shrink slightly. This should allow you to remove the majority of the wax then use a wooden spoon to remove the remaining wax. Using soap and water is preferable to further clean and we do not recommend using any solvents or abrasive cleaning tools. Warm water will soften the leftover wax and a disposable paper towel should be used to wipe down the vessel, thoroughly. I in the case of travertine, we recommend non-food items be stored in the vessel.Always prioritize safety when enjoying your candles. 30-Day Return Window:
For those moments when your purchase doesn’t quite match your expectations, we offer the option to return unused products within 30 days of receipt. To facilitate a smooth return process, and to ensure your product arrives back to us in its original condition, we require that all returns be sent in their original packaging. This precaution aids in the safe transit and handling of our finely crafted items.
Condition of Product:
Please be aware that if the product has been used, we cannot accept it for return. The item must be in its original, unused condition for a return to be processed.
- If the item is returned and the condition is found to be used, we will not be able to process a refund.
- An additional shipping charge will apply if you wish to have the item sent back to you.
Non-refundable Costs:
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping to or from your location, nor any shipping insurance costs.

- We will charge the same amount that you were charged when you purchased the product to return it, and this amount will be deducted from your return refund.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
At our company, we take great care and pride in providing our customers with the finest quality natural stone products. However, we want to inform you that natural stone is a fragile material that can be easily damaged during shipping. Therefore, we highly recommend our optional internal shipping insurance program for all customers who purchase our natural stone products.
Although the insurance program is not required, it is strongly recommended, as it provides 100% coverage for the replacement of your product, in case it breaks or becomes damaged during shipping. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of the insurance program, we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. It is, therefore, imperative that you inspect your item within 72 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage that you become aware of.
Please keep in mind that natural stone is unique and may contain natural organic holes, markings, and pits. These characteristics are not defects but are what makes each piece of natural stone beautiful and unique. The easiest way to identify shipping damage is to look for any broken elements that have separated inside of the packaging.
Additionally, all of our natural stone pieces are handcrafted and polished by hand, which means there may be slight irregularities and inconsistencies. These are not defects, but rather a testament to the unique beauty of the product and the craftsmanship that goes into making it.
