Extended Warranty
The extended warranty is currently available only for our grinders. This warranty extends coverage for an additional 15 months, totaling 18 months of protection from the date of delivery.
Coverage: Unknown cause breakage or defects to internal parts or moving mechanisms.
Shipping: Includes shipping costs for repairs or replacements, if necessary.
The following are not covered under any warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Cosmetic issues such as dents, dings, or oxidation over time.

Damage resulting from using the product outside its intended purpose or using improper spices for grinding.

- Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% Restocking & Handling Fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable Goods: Food, edibles, flowers, and plants.
- Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized items, including alabaster lighting and some furniture.
- Handmade Items: Candles and other handmade goods (replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
- Fragile or Heavy Items: Pots, vases, travertine, marble, and other natural stone products.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance items, in-store credit, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Refunds & Credits
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds will be reduced by the 20% Restocking & Handling Fee and any applicable shipping adjustments.
- Original shipping costs, sales tax, and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible claims may result in a repair, replacement, or refund.
